Our program starts by meeting with each individual client to better understand who they are and what goals they have for their lives, health, fitness, and relationships. We discuss short-term and long-term goals and talk through their perceived current state. Once we understand where they are and where they want to go, we’ll use the 10 Key Points to help guide them in realizing the abilities, talents, and gifts they already possess that impact their journey to an ideal state. What does the program look like? Our 10 Key Points are broken down into 3 stages: The Transformation Stage (3 Key Points) provides the foundation for making change in your perceived current state The Action Stage (4 Key Points) provides the tools and practice to realize your abilities, talents and gifts The Growth Stage (3 Key Points) provides strategies to sustain the journey to your ideal state We will start with an initial consultation to find a kick-off point for your program. Our team will then meet in-person with you based on individual needs and growth. Each plan is individualized. For example, a typical plan could include 1-3 times a week for 12 weeks. After goals are set, each in-person meeting revolves around learning about one of the 10-Key points and applying it to your daily life.
